Vida's Updated Credit Card / Cancellation Policy (Starting Nov 6th)
Vida requires a credit card on file for all payments related to your care (ex: late cancellations, copays, non-covered procedures, etc). Any cancellation with less than 48 hour notice (for FM/Nutrition) will result in a $70 fee charged to the card on file.
